Isn't she Lovely is a site-specific performance art work.
At once a celebration of the big She (Mother Nature, Isn't she lovely..?) and at the same time a lament of the impact modern human habitation has on land and the natural elements.
Artists Gülsen Özer and Danil-Ela Kayler took as their central provocation for the making of this work: Do we as humans feel a part of the natural landscape or is this 'nature' regarded as an aesthetic? A 'pretty' back drop to our modern drama?
Created by Gülsen Özer and Dani-Ela Kayler and presented at Circling the Brink (CTB), Emerald (VIC) 2015
