Mr Wolf is a drag king performance character Gülsen Özer developed during her honours research project in Visual Culture at Monash University, School of Culture an Communication.

Mr Wolf has been performed on the King Vic stage, Richmond, Melbourne (2004) and at The Arts House for Next Wave festival in Melbourne (2008) to critical acclaim and some audience swooning.

I worked with Gülsen whist she was a student at Monash University and have followed her progress ever since. I find her to be an articulate, serious and passionate artist with much to say about the World and her place in it.
